Shipping

Printed just for you: Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every item is printed to order once you check out. Printing takes 5–7 working days, then your parcel is on its way.
Shipping options & costs: - The Netherlands: PostNL, €7,95. Usually delivered within 1–2 working days. - International: FedEx, €9,95. Usually delivered within 2–4 working days. You see the cost at checkout, before you pay.
Where do you ship?: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg. All of these are in the EU, so there are no customs fees or import duties.
Tracking: As soon as your order leaves the printer, we email you a tracking link.
Wrong address?: Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before printing starts. After that, the parcel is on its way to wherever you told us.
Lost or damaged in transit?: If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after it shipped, or arrives damaged, let us know. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
